XOAY 2023 - HO CHI MINH CITY

XOAY 2023 is an annual event where pen spinners across Vietnam gather to connect and share their passion, creating a rare chance for in person community interaction.

Responsibilities included supporting event organization, coordinating the venue, and assisting with event planning. During the event, tasks covered space setup, participant check in, and preparing personalized name tags used as entry passes and souvenirs. Additional work involved supporting merchandise sales, managing finances, and photographing key moments and activities throughout the event.
